Students found engaging in such conduct will face disciplinary actions, potentially including expulsion from the Academy and forfeiture of tuition fees.
All content on the Website and Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software (the "Content"), is the property of Directing Mastery Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any of the Content without our prior written permission. Exceptions exist for personal, non-commercial use and for short excerpts appropriately attributed in accordance with fair use principles.
Specifically regarding course materials, students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for their personal educational purposes. This license does not grant students the right to share, sell, or redistribute the materials in any way, shape, or form. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Fees for courses and programs at Directing Mastery Academy are outlined on the course description pages. Payment is required in full prior to the commencement of any course unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
Our refund policy is as follows: For courses lasting longer than one week, a full refund (less a $50 administrative fee) is available if requested within 72 hours of the course start date. After 72 hours, no refunds will be issued. For courses lasting one week or less, no refunds are available once the course has commenced. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Directing Mastery Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor illness or low enrollment. In the event of a course cancellation, students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their enrollment to another course of equal value.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Directing Mastery Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website or Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Website or Services, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
In no event shall Directing Mastery Academy's aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Website or Services exceed the amount you paid to Directing Mastery Academy, if any, for access to or use of the Website or Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website or Services.
